q: I received a tracking number but it doesn’t show any status?

We use a variety of methods to ship your items to be delivered to your doorstep. Due to the nature of our products, they are sometimes detected and rejected for export. This might mean that the original tracking number that was generated and emailed to you has been rendered invalid. Please reach out to us if you noticed any anomalies on your tracking status.

 
q: Do you give reship/refund or compensation if my package is stolen?

As listed in our shipping policy, items marked DELIVERED in the tracking we provide you we are not responsible for after the fact. Unfortunately in our industry we are targeted for fraud often so we have to take this approve and we use the tracking and delivery companies to confirm delivery.

 
q: How long does it take for delivery?

Usually you will receive the package in 10-15 days after your payment.

q: How can I return/exchange?
